Residential Painting Services

Our residential service covers everything inside and outside your home — interior walls, ceilings, trim, doors, cabinets, exterior siding, decks, fences, and garages. Every project includes furniture protection, plastic and rosin-paper floor coverings, hand-sanded patching, primed repairs, and two coats of Sherwin-Williams paint as the standard spec. We work in single-family homes, townhomes, and condos across Shoreview, Vadnais Heights, White Bear Lake, Roseville, Arden Hills, Blaine, Lino Lakes, North Oaks, Mounds View, and New Brighton.

Yes — we carry $1M general liability through Hiscox, plus workers' comp. We can email a current Certificate of Insurance to any Twin Cities homeowner or HOA before work starts, and name your association as additionally insured if required. Minnesota doesn't require painters to be licensed, so being fully insured (and willing to prove it) is the meaningful protection to ask for. Every project also carries a 3-year written workmanship warranty.

Most interior projects in Shoreview or Vadnais Heights wrap in 2–5 working days — Day 1 is mask, move, patch, and prime; Days 2–4 are cut-in, two coats, and trim; the final day is touch-up and walkthrough. A full exterior in White Bear Lake or Roseville usually runs 4–8 days depending on size, prep, and weather windows. We give you a firm day-by-day schedule before we start, and the same hands stay on the project from first patch to final punch list.
